- Watt Road (I-40/I-75 Exit 369) — Petro, Flying J, and TA, the biggest truck stop cluster in the area.
- Knox County scales — I-40/I-75 near mile marker 372, both directions.
- I-75 split, west — I-40 Exit 368, where I-75 heads south toward Chattanooga.
- I-640 / I-75 north — I-40 Exit 385; hazmat loads must take I-640 around downtown.
- Sharps Gap — I-640 Exit 3A, where I-75 heads north and I-275 comes in from downtown.
